 Everyone is intuitive. We're born that way. It speaks from the heart through a sense of knowing and feeling. It is not the voice in our head. When you're conscious you can feel its guidance. When your conscious but identified with the mind you can feel its guidance but also be under the influence of the mind and its interpretations. When you're just trying to get through life, or survive, you can shut it out completely. Yet it never leaves you. It is you.
Intuition never chooses pain, blame, judgement or any other negatively charged reaction. Those are the thoughts of the mind. Following your intuition feels good. We've all experienced it. Its that instant when you KNOW your truth, just before your mind kicks in and justifies a different reaction, and you have to choose. In that instant when you know, you are connected with your soul.
